개요

전력선 계통의 문제에 의한 순간정전, 순간적 전압변동에 대한 회복은 빨라도 0.07초의 시간이 필요하고, 이 70mS라는 시간은 마이크로 프로세서가 내장된 전자기기에 영향을 주기에 충분한 시간입니다. 또한 하나의 전원에서 여러 가지 전기, 전자기기를 동시에 사용할 때 다양한 전압 변동 현상이 발생하여 전자기기에 영향을 미치게 되며, 이러한 이유로 오래 전부터 전원에서 발생되는 전압 변동에 대한 Immunity를 시험 할 수 있는 Voltage Dip & Up 시험기가 사용되어졌다.

현재에 이르러서는 이러한 전압변동에 관련한 Immunity시험을 국제규격인 IEC pub. 61000-4-11 (EN 61000-4-11)에서 채택하고 있으며, VDS-2002는 완전 100% 규격 대응 장비로서, 순단시의 Rising & Falling Time, 1 ∼5㎲로 설계되었고, 사용자의 조작성을 위하여 PC Control에 의한 자동 시험이 가능하다.
